- Payable at the time of signing the contract: 50% (minus the deposit)

+ 1,800 GBP lawyer's fee
(includes the entire administration and submission of the application for a foreign buyer)
- To be paid in ready-to-build condition: 20%
- To be paid after tiling / installation of doors and windows: 20 %
- Payable upon completion of the property: 7%
- To be paid 3 months before handover: 5% VAT + infrastructure tax (depends on the size of the property)
- To be paid when the key is handed over: 3 %
- To be paid after handing over the keys: 6% Land Registry registration fee other half (optional)
