Payment schedule:

The selected property can be reserved for 5% of the sale price for 3 weeks until the contract is completed.

- Payable at the time of signing the contract: 35%
+ 0.5% tax
+ 6 % (the first half of the land registry registration fee)
+ 1,800 GBP lawyer's fee (includes the entire administration and submission of the application for a foreign buyer)

- Payable until the property is completed (2027): 65% in monthly or quarterly installments

- To be paid 3 months before handover: 5% VAT
+ infrastructure tax (depends on the size of the property)
+ 6 % (second half of land registry entry - optional)
